I earned an undergraduate degree in Interactive Media Design from Becker College. Even before going off to receive a post-secondary education, I was involved in tutoring. Specifically, I tutored students in middle school, and also had the opportunity to instruct kids aged between 10 and 17 in game design at a summer camp.When it comes to teaching, the subject that is closest to my heart is game design. That said, teaching is something that I enjoy to the extent that I'm willing, ready, and able to tutor in other subject matter as well. I find it personally rewarding to help people to learn new material, particularly when it involves something with which they are having trouble. Some students mistakenly believe that they lack the capacity to learn certain subjects, but I'm firmly of the opinion that anyone can learn anything with the right game plan and enough dedication.When I'm not teaching, I enjoy bowling, card games, video games, board games, and being around family and friends.
